Luis is fantastic. I manage repairs on rental properties throughout the Metro DC area, and I have used Luis on several properties. He has done plumbing repairs, handrails, flooring, water heater installations, and much more. He is very easy to get hold of, very quick to respond to call, texts and emails, and very professional.
